I ordered some parrot eggs for $50 each, 4 of them. I also ordered an incubator. I was charged 237 for the eggs which 37 was shipping and 140 for the incubator which 37 was shipping. all seemed fine until the next morning I get an email that says they are the shipping agency and they are getting ready to ship the eggs but the need and added $547 for refundable insurance. Why would the insurance be more than the goods themselves? Also why would me the buyer be expected to pay for insurance on a product. That is usually done by the seller. I offered to have the USPS pick up my order, I offered to pick it up myself but they refused and are holding my order or my money hostage for the next payment of $547. They are operating more than one website selling these supposed animals. I have tried everything but they refuse to refund my money and demand the $547 to send my order. No mention of the insurance was on the initial receipt. I have the receipts and the emails with the purchase and demands for th insurance.

Exoticanimalshop.com is a SCAM

Like an [censored], I ordered 5 parrot eggs and an incubator. Paid $364 through zelle. Once payment was made, I recieved an email from Fast cargo Shippers wanting me to pay $1050 for "refundable insurance". Told both 'companies' that I was not going to pay it. They threatened me, they knew where I lived, phone number email address. Kind of scary
Then threatened me with a lawsuit for abandonment of animals. I so hope they get caught.
