They advertised the PowerKnee braces. I checked their URL, and it met the listed security measures. But I ended up getting a cheap generic pair of braces in plastic instead of the nice box as advertised. They're not even adults' size. I texted & emailed several times advising I wanted to return them & asked for an RNA. Never got a response. I Googled the address they shipped from. The IN ScamPulse.com had a report that packages returned to there were being sent back to the consumer. The address was checked out and no one was there. Appeared to be a shipping site for several online businesses. So, I'm stuck with a generic product I can't use and out money.
