Feb. 14, 2023, I was offered an purchasing assistant job with Exodus Elite Trucking, I received the job offer and both parties signed agreement, (30 day probation paid at 23.45 per hour and a 3% commission pymt for invoice processed). During the duration and training period I was never paid nor sent any additional commission. Along with there were a few transactions involved between capital one and oregan community union bank that thru a red flag with a certain transaction that was made March 8 thru the 24 2023. The end result I have filed Identity theft since my personal information was involved, I have also called community credit union bank which they have stated they can not find any transactions with my name associated with any B2B transactions. Capital one state that this was a scam, however, because I do not meet the criteria of their "Victim scam" clause, I therefore am not covered. Telegram was the messaging tool we had been using and the offer letter was sent thru Gmail.
