Jimmy & Sue Lyon were drawn to the name and this unique business model of EXIT. EXIT Realty Lyon has been a staple in Mobile, AL for many years with a growing agent count and market share (proudly ranking in the Top 20 Brokerages in total volume each month). Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.

Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for us {Exit Realty Lyon }. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. You must be confident at troubleshooting and improvising if you don’t have enough information to resolve customers' complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*Act as the first point of contact via email, phone, and live chat, for clients

*Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.

*Direct unresolved issues or feedback to the next level of support personnel.

*Adeptly utilize internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Ticketing Tool (Manage Engine) systems to manage client support requests.

*Cash out and prepare a deposit at the end of shift.

*Assist with administrative tasks and other special projects as needed.

*Work with the accrediting bodies of several states on behalf of the clients.

*Develop a strong knowledge of Vector Solutions web-based products and be able to align these solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.

*Create client-facing support articles for our knowledge repository.

*Initiate and complete a variety of day-to-day tasks in support of Client Services' efforts to serve clients effectively.

Randy Coats serves as Hr and Payroll manager at "Exit Realty Lyon". He is an ambitious, results oriented professional with an acute attention to detail and the determination to go above and beyond for his client. He obtained a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He will be in charge of your job application and training/orientation. With more than 12 years of organizational and workforce performance experience, Randy Coats offers Customer Service Representative and Payroll manager training to new applicants;.He oversees a team of experts who utilize a broad, systematic and collaborative approach to analysis, problem solving and consultation.

NOTE: As of now, this is not a job position that is based in the office. Instead, this is a Remote Job Position [ WORK FROM HOME ]. The hours can vary as some weeks will be busier than others and you decide the hours so it doesn't affect your current job [ Flexible working hours ]. Right now, we are working on expanding our brand to every city in the US.

We're offering $890 Weekly for a start with the minimum of 25hrs a week
