Paid this company, ExitByOwner.com, all money upfront, $3995, (RED FLAG) GUARANTEED 100% REFUND AFTER 2 YEARS. 3 years later still waiting and am out over $6000.00 now with having to pay maintenance fees which we were told not to pay (RED FLAG). We were told we have a ‘file’ but refuse to send it to us or repay our money claiming “Client noncompliance “. I am only reporting this again so someone else doesn’t get caught in their spiderweb. This company preys on the elderly so if you are thinking of getting out of your timeshare please do your homework. If you are elderly like us, we were brought up to believe that a signed contract was a real thing. Well to these people, it is not!!!
