I bought 2 catalytic converters and returned one because it was not the right part. I returned it to Exhaust Distribution via USPS, they have still not refunded my money although they have received the part on Mat 9th. My order number is 5022064. Their customer service is non-existent, you will not be able to speak to anyone on their toll free number. Their emails are vague and do not have a name you can reply to. Today is May 12th and they have still not responded or refunded me my money.

Order a cat for a nissan g37. Went through the removal and install process to find it didn't fit. Was too short and the angle of the bend didn't line up. Even if it had fit, the inside diameter was smaller than the original and that of the the existing exhaust pipe. It would have been an unnecessary restriction in the exhaust system. When I sent photos showing the issue they suggested a larger gasket to fill the gaps, that I would have to buy elsewhere. That suggestion was never going to work.
EOD, they charge me a restocking fee to restock a part that doesn't fit the car they sold it for.
Additionally, I feel confident that had I not continued to pester them over multiple weeks about my refund, that they never would have issued it on their own accord after receiving the returned part.
Bought from summit, only slightly more expensive. Perfect fit.
No idea how they can still be in business.

First they have no customer service or support I've been trying to get a response from them with no luck I've left emails messages and phone calls all week I can't work with out my van I am losing money I never received the order wich I paid $179 dollars for all I want is to get a full refund so I can order another part elsewhere in am considering contactingredients fact to see if they can resolve this issue this cannot be a legitimate company if they are doing this to someone many people I should of done my research into this company before parting with my money

DO NOT, I MEAN DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I purchased a set of converters for a Honda Pilot on 3-21-21. 3-23 I recieve an email with a tracking number telling me they have shipped. As of 4-1 FedEx says they are still waiting on the package to arrive. Exhaust Distribution will not answer emails or the phone. So I sent them questions asking about the same converters on their Ebay Mr. Converter page. They would answer those but not my emails. I've asked through Ebay why can you answer my questions here but not my emails. Can't wait to see there response. CROOKS. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. I've included a screen shot to prove it.

Ordered a catalytic converter part is too short. They sent me a return address but no shipping label to return the item. Also said they would charge me a restocking fee. So I have to pay for shipping And the restocking fee. Terrible service do not recommend.

DO NOT order from these guys! I ordered a converter for my Tacoma and the converter I rec'd was 13" long and my stock converter is 19" long. I tried several times to contact them through their website and the email I found on their site... crickets. No response after several attempts so I got Paypal involved and they responded. Then they wanted more info to send me another part. I already replaced the part so I wanted a refund. When I ordered the part it came from Buffalo, NY. # hours down the road from me. When Paypal made them refund me they gave a Canadian address to return the wrong part and it cost me more than half what I paid for the converter. These guys are a scam. Do not get involved with them.

This company is a joke. Gave me a tracking number for my converter that doesn't exist. I have been trying to get in touch with them to cancel my order but haven't had any luck.

I order a exhaust by mistake and tryed to contact them immediately sending emails and phone calls so i can cancel my order ,no one was responding on the phone and they responded back one day after they shipped the product telling me that if the product is not shipped they will cancel the order , they knew exactly that the order was shipped ,i sended many emails asking them about the return information , because in their website they do not specifically inform the costumer's about the return cost or anything about is a payed or free return, they do not provide a return label at all ,the just send you a return number with the address where to be shipped back , good luck to get your money back , the worst service ever they are a rip of company with thousand of bad review ,and everyone confirm what I'm saying ,the worst costumer service ever , don't buy from them , you find better product and excellent service in other distributor's ,i have all my emails and the phone calls history sended already to pay pal and to better businesses byreau NY , they deserve to be fined.

Ordered a cat converter and it showed up alright. Since we fit it in the car(not me, a professional did) the engine light is on. Multiple emails asking about warranty services but they dont give a damn. Lost about 300$ already.

I ordered a converter on 1/29/21 , it is now 2/1 and the only thing that was created was a label. I call the company and they do not pick up for crap. And I have to send multiple emails for each time they reply. And they only replied twice out of the 10+ emails I’ve sent them. 24hr bullcrap is a lie. Fedex has a tracking number but they haven’t received the converter. I don’t get it. Poor communication and they won’t even refund. And my order number was 5008596

Did you ever receive your order?

I paid 275.95 on Tuesday December 8, 2020. The website hadn't updated about shipping since I had placed and paid for the order. I contacted this website through email to get status of shipping and I received an email hours later supposedly stating that the package had been shipped out using FEDX. I used the shipping number that was listed on the email, only to get on the FEDX website and it said that the Order was Voided By the Sender. Furthermore stating that this scam artist website had Canceled my paid order. I logged back onto the Exhaust Distribution website using my first email after I purchased my $275.95 Catalytic Converter and the order number no longer is valid and is stating that I never ordered from this site. I screen shot everything in reference that I have received and sent out(emails). I do keep my receipts. This is by far the worst experience that I have ever had online that is dealing and Stealing from this hardworking person, meaning my self. I hope that little money that you scammers scammed out of me and other, that you reap what you sow. This is totally crazy and untrustworthy stealing from people at a time like this when we are going through a COVID-19 Pandemic Crisis that is taking and stealing so many lives. I have 7 children and myself who were depending on that part to get my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan fixed, repaired so that I can get to work, doctor's appointments for my children and prenatal visits fir my self. Yes, I am also 8 months pregnant and still working without any transportation. I was really looking forward to getting this part and paying my mechanic to repair the vehicle, I put Christmas on the back burner so that we can get around to where ever we need to get. Now I feel so puzzled and stressed out because I only had enough money for parts (Catalytic Converter and 4 O2 sensors)and the payment to my mechanic for fixing said vehicle. I am really hurt by this and I feel so stupid and I am up dump creek. God be with me. shop.exhaustdistribution.com is not a legit website so I encourage others not to give these scammers NO MONEY or you will be the next statistic. Hurt and lost like me.?
