I went on Exgui.com to order a mattress which never came in the mail I was looking for it for days out and it never arrived however I received a package with 15 mask in it. They only will allow you to purchase stuff with PayPal because once you file a claim with PayPal that you never received your stuff you ordered they will deny your claim because you received a tracking number and it say it was delivered but what actually was delivered was the mask instead. They are very smart at what they are doing and how to take your money via PayPal because with PayPal as long as they give you a tracking number and the package say it was delivered then PayPal will not even investigate anything. There is no way of contacting them either by phone or email you will just be out of luck.

I ordered a desk chair from the site. After a few weeks I asked for an ETA on shipping. They replied that there was problems with shipping and then I would receive it in 3 to 5 business days. I did receive an unknown package in the mail that turned out to be face masks which I discarded because I did not order them. After that they said that they delivered my product in the mailbox. I asked them how could they could deliver a chair in a mailbox. And they told me it was between me and the carrier. Please beware
