This car rental place has a young scam artist working there. On morning of return, he tried to pin car scratches on back to back customers (including me) very early May 5. (This was after he went to go check on my car alone in the back of a very dark parking lot.) Said 'I couldn't leave.' Demanded immediate payment. AT BEST, the mark looks like worn off paint on old car. (Attaching photo.) Said it was up to customer to see all marks ahead of time, after I said I did not damage his car. Had to file a police complaint about the incident. Not a good experience. Tried same tactic with a third customer but then seemed to relent after police came and filed report from me and other customer.

I rented a car from this company and drove it for two days. upon returning the car the employee told me he would check the car in and I could go on to the airport. As I was waiting for the airport transfer, an employee came out and asked me if I took pictures of the vehicle, which I had not. Another employee approached me and said that I had an accident and damaged the vehicle. This was all a lie. There was no damage to the vehicle and I did not have an accident. They wanted me to give them 500.00 before I left - which I refused. As soon as I got home from my trip I called my credit card company and cancelled my card and insisted they not pay this company anything other than the rental charges of $63.09. Executive Rental sent in a 500.00 charge to my credit card company which is now being disputed.

Back on August 20,2018 we returned our car rental from Executive Car Rental at 29111 Wick Road Romulus, MI 48174

Tel: 734-413-8300. The sales associate emailed us the receipt for $365.68 then we notice we have been charge $615.68 with the deposit of $250.00 dollars included we waited to see if they returned it but they never did little that we know mostly everyone goes through the same thing they take people's deposit and is hard to get it back. That's what I read on the company's website reviews. Please, is a completely nightmare. You call them for help and they tell you to wait and they never come back plus they treat the customers bad. I hope you can do something about this. Its disrespectful for customers to be asking this for their own money. From coming from a nice vacation in Detroit, Michigan turned out to be a nightmare. Thank you for your help.

This business is saying that I owe a large amount of money to them. They said that I damage a vehicle when this vehicle was already had damages to it, and they knew about it. They are charging me a smoking fee of 300 dollars, when I do not smoke, and they know that. This company is a fraud. If you go on their website site you will see nothing but negative things about them and how they scammed others.
