My name is Investigator A  from the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office in New York State. I am filing this report on behalf of the victim, C S. C's son I S found a vehicle online on the website exclusivemotorsbroker.com. C  offered to purchase the vehicle for I and have the vehicle delivered to I who lives in Texas. C went to Saratoga National Bank and wired $35,599 to a Capital One account. When either C or I contacted this company (315) XXX-XXXX, a male who identified himself as M would hang up the phone when they inquired about delivery. I also contacted this M subject and he hung up the phone when I inquired about vehicle delivery. The funds have not been returned to C nor have C or I received the vehicle. I strongly believe that this company is fraudulent and are acting as though they legitimately sell vehicles. Their website looks professional but it raised some red flags when I started reading the employee titles under the "about us" tab. Please contact me should have any questions.
