Placed an online order for 2 items. The items never shipped, I was quoted to different delivery dates and the items never even had a shipping label created made. I inquired several times about the shipping process and time frames. Communication was via online chat and email. Products never received. After addressing my skepticism with the vendor I still had not received a shipping confirmation or anything. I requested a refund due to the fraudulent like feeling. The vendor neglected to refund all of the money paid thus far for the order.
