I ordered several Ultimately Chairs and it was taken out of my account and I have not gotten it yet! And it's May 23rd! I've emailed them several times and never got a reply from them! Wish I knew how I could get a refund!

I saw an advertising for the Ultimate Chair on Facebook in November, left Facebook and went to their website. Placed an order for one chair for a Christmas present. Received an email with Order #3080 with the shipping information, the payment was removed from my bank on December 18, 2020, however, no chair has shown up. I have emailed them multiple times with not response. Installed the application Shop to be informed on the shipment, however, they have never received any tracking information.

A while back someone showed me a link to an amazing shop creeper. I’m a mechanic and I’ve been on the lookout for a new automotive creeper. The product was liked to this website that seemed legitimate I placed an order on Nov 15 2020. It is now January 11th 2021. having Never received the product I began reaching out via the only contact method... email: [email protected].

They did respond to my first email back just before Christmas. Saying they were busy with all the holiday orders. But I’ve since then sent several emails to no response. I am certain the website is fraudulent I don’t care if I don’t get the money back but the site needs to be taken down. There’s too much of this stuff going on...

I emailed 10 + times with only one response they needed my order # and I gave them that and its been a week and still haven't heard from them. I went to another sight to order the same product and got a text from same number, but on this site its called VAULTMERCH, with a contact number
