This business is a total scam! I ordered three items and received two that were defective. The timeframe between order and actually receiving the items was many months. When I tried to request a refund they referred me to a vague list of conditions that they interpret as no refund. I see it differently and requested a refund. They refused so I sent the products back for an exchange. That was in Sept., it is now December and I have not heard back from them. The products were/are garbage! When I mentioned that I thought it was ironic that the person in the picture within the email from support was in a military uniform in front of a flag the answer I got was that the person responded with no picture. Avoid this business and tell everybody you can to do the same. Air cooler is product. They are garbage! Computer fan used. Product leaks. Paper filter absorbs water and computer fan is supposed to blow air passed filter and cool air. Works so so and only for very small area. This is like a $20 product at best. I was given *** * *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** to send the product back to. Email exchange with Nick, John, James, Jeff.

I noticed a charge on my Pay Pal account from Exclusive Deal Shop for an "air cooler" than I never ordered nor received. I was charged $89. All my attempts to contact the Exclusive Deal Shop for an explanation were unsuccessful. I suspect the "order" was fraudulent. I have been unable to effect a remedy.

This company claims to be an online based store that offers great deals on certain products, for instance we had made a purchase of what would be best described as a portable air cooling unit. After waiting over three weeks for tracking information on when the said units (we bought 3) we kept getting the run around as to when they would be delivered. Finally getting a hold of a person that speaks over the phone rather than through e-mail the person who is obviously not of this country just spouted out the same hum drum response we were getting through e-mail. I would like to add that when this people do return the e-mail contact they are adding pictures of service members so in that aspect they are committing fraud as well. I have looked up the last names with the first names in a military database because I am myself a veteran so believe me when I say I am highly offended that this company is running this scam. Not only because they are taking people's hard earned money and hiding behind their fraud but also perpetrating something I hold to be an honor just to come across as a trustful company which it is not. If you are reading this do not order from exclusivedealshop.com do get sucked into their lies and scheme to separate you from your money.
