My wife saw an advertisement on Facebook for luggage. Company name is EXCEUSA.com. She placed an order on March 26th, giving her debit card number. $58 plus tax was taken out of her account. She never received her luggae.. We cannot reach them. When we try to E mail the company, we receive a forbidden message. We do not have their address or phone number.
