I spent nearly $60 USD on an order at Exceptionm.com that turned out to be TOTAL GARBAGE, did not even remotely match what was advertised online. I have sent three emails requesting an explanation and received one generic response. This is a criminal enterprise and should be shut down immediately.

ordered product in December 2022, a month later, still no product. Reached out to them wanting my refund for the item i never received. All i keep getting are bogus excuses. Now they want more money and more shipping cost to supposedly send it out again. They want to charge me more money to refund my money and refuse to refund my 35.00
