I submitted a comic book to them after having it signed by Stan Lee at Wizard world comic con in Madison to be sent to the CGC to be graded and told I would be billed later as they wouldn’t know the exact price until graded. I found out later that I should have been charged up front and gotten a receipt and copy of the form I filled out. I called them and of course they said they didn’t have my book and Called me a liar basically without even trying to look it up or figure it out. They didn’t charge me for the service because they obviously didn’t want me to have proof (a receipt)
