Purchased puppy for $1600 (including delivery). First asked for travel insurance ($2499). Then $9925 for animal support plan. Then, $3350 for IATA compliant dog travel crate. Then $1224 for ID. Then extra for Parvo quarantine, etc. I was promised delivery multiple times, beginning April 28, with always an additional "fully refundable" fee before delivery. The additional requests came from the transport company ( USPC - [email protected]). Breeder kept stringing me along asking for me to be patient, etc. Absolutely no phone contact - all through emails. Asked for payment through Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, etc. Also suggested Walmart and money transfer. I feel so foolish and can only say that I desperately wanted this puppy.
