They found my profile on Monster.com and then sent me a text message claiming to want me for an interview. Their phone number is for an HVAC shop, so that is red flag #1. They also gave bizarre instructions for Zoom which are not usual or needed. They wanted my "Zoom email" to contact me. And they claimed I needed to download Zoom. Zoom functions just fine in a browser without downloading anything and the host just provides you with a meeting ID. Not sure what they were trying to do because I didn't take the bait.
