Received a phone call from Excel Investigations claiming that there was a settlement from 2009 charge on our Mastercard to help low interest rate. We paid *** to a company to help lower the interest rate. Excel Investigations indicated that we are owed a refund. The Mastercard credit card in question is now cancelled. Excel claimed they have been trying to refund the monies back to our Mastercard but the card has been cancelled. Spoke with Jacklyn Daniels at 919-709-6375.

After researching found the legitimate Excel Investigation to confirm if Jacklyn Daniels worked there. The legitimate Excel Investigation that there is no one there by the name Jacklyn Daniels. I explained the situation and the representative from the legitimate Excel Investigation stated that they do not provide that type of service.
