We were unhappy to learn that Excel Book Writing had been displaying the covers of books published by Penguin Random House as well as the Random House mark – a registered trademark belonging to our company – on its website without authorization and despite the fact that it has no affiliation or relationship with PRH. We believe that this was done in order to convey the false impression to consumers that Random House and/or PRH is affiliated with or endorses Excel Book Writing, which it does not.
