They contacted me and said I had an outstanding balance of $1920 on a Citi Bank issued Home Depot store card. They gave me the references that were used to open the account. ( my family members names) and driver’s license #. They then gave me a customer service # for Citibank. 1800-747-3787. I called and they had no record of me ever having a card with Citibank .

Calls from Multible no caller I’d numbers all day everyday. Saying pending litigation against me. I have checked my credit and called local court house. Nothing. At this point they are enjoying harrissing me have called me crude name “[censored]” [censored]ing bitch when I ask them for proof they will also hang up if asked for Info they need to be fined I’m Also on do not call registry

Received a message from Excalibur mediatio. When I called back, a lady said there was a debt that I was running from and trying to evade. She would only provide that it was an HSBC card (which I never had), and would provide no furhter details. She did have my social security number, driver license number, and the tags of the vehicles that I own.

She continued to insist that I was in mediation on the phone with her (a violation of Florida Statue as she was not a mediator, nor was one present, nor did she provide the required opening statements of a mediatiator. I know this because I am a state certified mediator).

She continued to insist thatI needed to make an immediate payment to avoid legal action or arrest.

Evanetually I just hung up on her.
