Saw an ad so got on EX amplifier website and ordered a long range tv antenna. Was told the product would be shipped in 3-5 days and they had received my order. This was on 9-4-2023. Have contacted the company 3 times now through their email. Kelsey the CSR said they were out of the product at this time but assured me that it was on its way? Well if you’re out how is it on the way? Emailed again this morning telling them I wanted a refund but they told me I had to return the product first! I have no antenna to return! and no response.
