I purchased a hose-reel cart from this site and the immediately sent me an email stating the item has shipped. They did not provide tracking information, so I tried to contact them through email and the phone. the number was not good and they never responded to my email. I contacted PayPal and told them what happened by opening a case against them. PayPal said the seller responded saying that the seller provided them with tracking information and said the item was delivered. I took the tracking information and contacted the USPS that is in my zip code, They informed me that the tracking number I gave them was sent to another address in my same zip code. They (USPS) informed me that I needed to contact the seller as they can only deliver to the address that the item is labeled to be delivered to. I tried emailing again and no answer. Tried PayPal and they won't reopen my case, so I field a complaint against them here with the BBB. Now i'm writing this to warn others about the web site EXAMATS.com. They are scammers and won't send you anything that you order from them. At the time I am writing this it seems they no longer have their website up. After some more research, their address is an empty residential lot.
