I placed an order with what I thought was the Home Shopping Network, but when I clicked on the link, it took me to another site. The product was the same and the price was correct, so I placed the order. I received an order confirmation immediately after placing the order. After not receiving my order in a timely amount of time, I contacted them. I received a message that it was the peak season, so my order was delayed. I received another email stating my order had shipped and gave me a tracking number. I tried to track the order, but nothing would come up when I clicked on the number. I contacted them again after several weeks and they provided me the same tracking number, but with the tracking showing it had been delivered to my address. I contacted my USPS, and they checked their manifest and found they had not received anything on the date the tracking number stated was delivered and had no record of anything being delivered to my address. They stated the tracking number was a foreign number and not a USPS tracking number which was suspicious. The company providing the tracking was Track718. When I contacted them, they said they only provided the tracking service, that I needed to contact the company that sent the product. The company I ordered from stands by Track718 information. I would like to include Track718 in my complaint as well. Exactlydrum stated that I should check with my neighbors to see if anyone picked it up or saw someone steal it! It sounds like they are familiar with complaints about packages not being delivered. However, when your local post office does not have record of anything being delivered to them, to be delivered to you, and they know you by your first and last name and your address, and your dog's name, I'm confident this was a scam.
