This company scammed thousands of people on a Black Friday sale. I ordered my jewelry on 11/27/2023 and was told it would be shipped in 3-8 business days. A month went by and my order never shipped. I contacted the company via email asking when my order will ship. They replied and informed me that part of my order was out of stock and asked what items i want to replace the out of stock items with, and that the item that was out of stock was what hindered my order from processing. Had I never emailed them to begin with, I never would have known my item was even out of stock. I have emailed them three times since the initial interaction and have heard nothing back. However this company is constantly posting on their Instagram and Tiktok, and ignoring the hundreds of comments from other people asking where their order is

Purchased items a month ago and company never shipped them. Company did not answer any emails during the month until I commented publicly on their Instagram, to which they emailed me once offering store credit and did not solve any problems or explain if I would ever receive the product (which were all holiday gifts). They refused to assist and are now continuing to ignore any requests of help.

They’ve done this to thousands of other people too. They have gone weeks without any communication. They ordered a 90% off sale and thousands of people are falling for it. They are giving no updates at all, everyone spent money and they aren’t even conforming our orders. It’s been weeks and they aren’t telling anyone what is going on and they aren’t answering messages. They are blocking and hiding the comments of everyone asking questions and wondering where their orders are, considering they told us it’d ship within 8 days and it has almost been a month and they haven’t said anything.

The business advertised 90% off of everything on their storefront for Black Friday to get lots of customers to make purchases. I was promised to receive my order within 3-8 business days and it has now been more than 12 and there is not even an estimated arrival date. There have been no updates to my package since November 27th. I have tried to reach out to customer service by email, which is the only form of communication they have listed, and I have not received any sort of reply. After visiting the companies social media page, I have seen that many other customers are having the same experience, with some saying it has been over a month since placing their order and still have not received it or any reply from customer service. The company is continuing to heavily advertise new sales they are having instead of focusing on catching up on the countless number of missing orders, including mine and many others that I have seen talking about it on the Evry Jewels Instagram page comments. I am worried that I will not ever end up receiving my order or a refund for it.

The scammer had every product at a discounted price which would attract more people to purchase their products. I had looked at the reviews on the items and on Instagram and they were all good. When I googled reviews for the website, everyone was saying “do not buy it’s a scam” and are in the same situation as me where they cannot get a refund.
