Type of a scam Travel/Vacation/Timeshare
Scammer would NOT even name the Park at 1947 S Maple Ave Yuma AZ. They bought it last year for 1.3 million dollars.
The ad on Mobile Home Village said it was for Sale for 500 dollars and a 2 bedroom. On Contact they said it was for Rent at 520 per month for a year.
And it was one bedroom and one bath 280 Sq Feet. 520 + 400 for a damage Deposit.
I believe this Company acted in a fraudulent manner and Seniors NOT as diligent as me may lose thousands of dollars to this Co in future. They
should be on a Watch List with you for people making inquiries.
