I found this company, Eviction Soulutions, while searching for help as my grown son was in the process of getting evicted. In a desperate attempt to figure out how an eviction works and exactly how much time we really had. i reached out to this company. Their website was set up very professionally once i called i encountered a woman on the other end, Kelly Butler, she seemed so professional and obviously was very knowledgeable. She explain her services and everything seemed so legit. I called my son and gave him all the details (per what Kelly had instructed) first she emailed me a copy of the contract, then my son was to email her a copy of the eviction notice, and then we were to go to chase bank and deposit money into their acct. again everything seemed so legit. About 45 minutes later a man contacted my son and told him that unfortunately he was at a more advance stage of the eviction process and therefore he was to deposit the whole fee so that they can fill out our paperwork and my son can submitt it monday morning and delay the eviction at least 45 days. Again up until this point everything was still sounding good. According to the eviction notice my son was scheduled to be out by monday 05/21/2018. Monday rolls around and no one came and kicked him out. We then tried to call the eviction solution and no one was returning our call. we didnt know what was happening nor what the next step should be nor did we know anything about the paperwork they had talked to us about. For two day we were left in the dark. Wednesday morning the local police came and kicked my son out onto the street without his belongings. keep in mind my son lives 4 hours from me and has no family around. i got him a hotel room for the first night in hopes that someone from this company would reach out and lead us into the right direction. They never did we tried to get the bank to refund us the money, but since we made the deposit they refused to help. its been almost 2 weeks and nothing. I have tried to keep calling this phone for the company and no responce almost as if theyve blocked us from calling.
