I called the scammer to evict a tenant. He said he could do the job and it will take about 8 weeks. He charged $1000.00 and he said it would have to be paid before he started, but he said he could do it. I had talked to several eviction services that said they couldn't evict tenants right now. When I asked him why he could and other couldn't, he said this is all he does. He knows how to do it. I heard a lot of attorneys with conflicting information, so I didn't think anything about it at that point. Michael said he would keep me informed on a regular basis. He didn't. I had to call or email him. He kept stringing me along. My husband called him. He presented himself well to him and we gave him some more time. I talked to an attorney who said that Michael can't evict the tenant right now that's why he hasn't. The attorney suggested that I get my money back from him. I wrote him an email and requested my money back, but the contract says there are no refunds and he hasn't responded. This guy is just collecting money from people. He doesn't intend to do anything. He's a scam.
