A representative called stating they were a Technician with Eversource Energy who would be at our business within the hour to turn off our power due to the account being delinquent. I immediately contacted Eversource customer service and confirmed out account is NOT DELINQUENT.

I received a call which my caller ID identified as coming from my Energy Company which is *** Energy so I answered it. The call was a voice stating that I had stayed at one of their resorts in the past-at this point I tried to interupt saying I had never stayed at any resort but the voice kept talking so assumed at this point it was a robo call and hung up. I have received this same call before on my home phone and also my cell phone but this was the first time it used a known ID. Obviously I have all my phones listed on the Do Not Call list but continue to get many robo calls and phishing scams..I have never let the message go all the way through before hanging up, but assume at some point they want me to speak to a live person as they are advertising that I have won a free trip somewhere and will want some kind of information or money.

We received a call and were threatened that our electricity would be turned off if we didn't make an immediate payment. A message was taken by our employee, the scammer left the number (800) 459-6710 to recall. We confirmed with our electric company that our account is up to date on payment.

woman left a message stating her name was megan campbell and she could be reached at 1-800-781-2034 regarding my eversource (electricity account) stated i may have overlooked a reduction on my eversource statement and to call back to talk about the engery choice program thru connecticut and that my reference number was E00189

I called the number back and a man answered saying his name and his badge ID. I just hung up the phone.
