I booked wedding photography with then in January they provided me photographers info on friday when i contacted that man on sat he said he could not do booking and he was trying to contact eversnap and they were not responding. I tried all day Saturday to get someone from company. I called and texted several times no answer. I had no idea if someone was coming. Sunday morning there was a random man at my reception site. I was not comfortable using him as i had no idea who he was as eversnap nor himself ever contacted me. Then they charged my card today when i got no pictures from them. I called and emailed several times today and no response.
