It was at this time I stopped, thinking it peculiar for a company to ask for all this information before meeting them in person. So I asked if I could meet with the agent, "Mark" in person. He was very polite and said he was busy but that he could "fit me in."
After extensive research I found out that this company's jurisdiction was in the State of Delaware. After more research I discovered they had previously gone under the name of "Academic Advantage". So if you have any individuals looking for Mr. Mark Berookim, he is located right here in Los Angeles and has an office on Ohio Ave. in West LA and also has an agent named Sam S. Yerbri located at 1925 Century Park East, #2140. LA, CA 90067.
Evidently Academic Advantage scammed both tutors and the federal government out of millions of dollars as I read in an article.
Their entity number filed with the City of Los Angeles is C3805604.
