I must say I was maneuvered and unwillingly put in a loan to sign up for the KINGDOM MODEL real estate program headed by Ethan Katz. Their representative Giovanni Kisesa was the person who was very bullish in getting me to join, and they - Katz and Kisesa, promised that if I did not get any closed deals within six months of joining their program, I would be refunded my money. The program was very loose in structure, I was not given a clear outline of the what the program was going to entail, and I did not get the service and quality that I would say be worth $9,800. I started to email them about rescinding the contract early on in summer of 2022, but with their sales talk and promises they managed to delay everything. The last week of January 2023 I started to ask them again to rescind my contract because I have not been able to pay the monthly installment of the fee that they got through Zunta Fi Financial, they have challenged me and refused to honor their promise.
