Caller left a message on my cell phone, identified himself as Michael Cam (or Can) representing Everest Business Funding, said he already spoke with someone at our company who told him to call my number, he said his client is ready to proceed for "confession of judgment" to be signed by the court relating to UCC filings on personal guarantee, and client ready to proceed with sale of our business property at auction. All bogus!! He asked for call-back to (302) 444-8083 and referenced a bogus docket number, implying a pending court case.
