"THIS LETTER IS TO INFORM YOU: That if your factory warranty has expired, you will be Financially Liable for all repairs. Our record indicate that you HAVE NOT CONTACTED us to get your service contract up-to-date. You have the option to protect your vehicle beyond the factory warranty. Please call us at 1-888-307-2075 before 9/15/2025 to confirm your eligibility."
Actually they sent me two letters in the mail as I did not respond to the first one! The "Time Sensitive" letter kindly extended my contact timing, from 7/17/2025 to 9/15/2025!
Not nice trying to scare people into thinking your car warranty is up, and that you need to warranty with their organization. Shame on you!
