We purchased tickets for a concert from what we thought we an official website. The total came to 832.50 which was several hundreds of dollars greater than what we had purchased. There was no explaination of the additional cost. we called the bank immediately and disputed the amount. I called the tickets center and was told they would not refund even though the concert was almost a year away. the customer service rep told me to SELL THEM MYSELF ONLINE AND SEE IF I COULD GET SOME OF MY MONEY BACK.

A friend recommended me to join the Facebook page mentioned. They offered trips and events at a good price. They seemed legitimate because people would post about their trips and events. When they offered tickets for the Bears vs Dolphins for 11/6/2022. I purchased 6. Each ticket was $160 with a total amount of $960. I never received my tickets through email as they said they would send them. I have called Maysoon, I have called Myra (whom I was communicating with. I have emailed them and no one is answering. Many others have been affected. Attached is one of several screen shots of conversation I had in order to send the money.
