I bought the ticket because their advertising shows characters. It was so disappointing when we made it to our event on November 25, 2023 there was no characters, no signs, no instructions at all. When I wrote to Facebook page they told me I should have received an email with instructions which I did not. They sent to me through Facebook but by that time we had been walking for so long looking for someone that might have known about the event. The kids where so disappointed we decided to take them to eat lunch at a restaurant at downtown Kissimmee. We had already paid 8.35 for 3 hours of parking thinking we were gonna be there for a while. I am sure many that paid for this event where disappointed and left we only saw 2 groups looking at their phones looking for clues for an event that supposedly was sold out.

Because of The lack of communication; information and organization I will like to request a refund. I feel their advertising is deceiving and its not fair. Two of my kids and myself where sick but because I believe their advertising on Facebook plus there strong arm policy of no refund, we decided to push our selves to get dress and go thinking it would be so much fun. So disappointing. I have now looked up there reviews and we are not the only ones that have experience disappointment. They hype the event to come to find its a joke, no wonder they dont want to give refunds, they know they would be paying back. This is a scam and I am hoping ScamPulse.com can look into this, they do not provide many location information of the business and this needs to stop or be more cleared on their promos the lack of fun, props, fun they provide. If I want to have a boring scavenger hunt, we can create one ourselves without losing money. BBB, can you please get our money back and provide others sources we can report this scam, if you read on there app or FB page, you can see they offer a great experience with lots of fun, That did not happen today, nor by reviews read, in many places, thank you, Anita Gngn
