This so called, "company" first appeared under the hashtag of my hometown. I had started noticing a bunch of pictures of money being posted and was curious as to what it was. I clicked on one. Evergreen Quick Loans LLC, get a loan today at a monthly rate you can afford! What a load of crap! So get this. They have a website and I clicked it to see who they were and what they were about. They claim to be worldwide lenders and according to a post on their Instagram, they are affiliated with Evergreen Home Loans. They claim that you can get a loan ranging from $5000 to a $1,000,000 and they will make you an offer based on what you can afford. So, I got curious and filled out an application for my mom and I. Everything seems pretty legit at this time. I heard back saying they were processing my app and I would hear from them soon. Well, about an hour later, I got an email saying we were pre-approved. Something about this email, struck me as odd, as if the website wasn't odd enough. The email came back from their "Chief Financial Officer" however, it looked more like a handwritten advertisement. Anyway, I replied to the email talking with Felicia Kittles. We discussed how the loan would work and the breakdown of monthly payments and such. After discussing everything with my mom, we decided to move forward. We got our information together and got their fax number and proceeded to fax it all over, however, the fax number kept coming back saying, "Text customer service isn't available." I started to get a feeling something wasn't right. I called their number and got the same response. At this point, I shot them an email and asked what was up. They told me to email all documents to this secure address, so I did. Afterwards, I started to get a feeling that something wasn't right, so I shot them another email and was assured that everything was fine and my application was being processed and I would hear back from them. Well, then today, I get an email saying my application was approved, my loan amount was approved for dispersement and that I have to pay a one time PCD fee. A Premium Charge Deposit. It was 5% of the loan amount plus a 1% of the loan amount for: Adminstrative and Non-Collaterial Protection charges for a grand total of $360.00. I was like, there it is! They asked me to reply to let them know when would be the soonest I could pay this, so they could send me the details of their Walmart to Walmart Transfer. I wrote back and told them I didn't have $360.00 and I didn't want this so called "loan". Afterwards, they wrote back and was like, "You can make $200 now immediately You received your loan amount, you can make the balance." I wrote them back and simply put, "Scam. Reporting." I haven't heard back since.
