I ordered a pressure washer online on 5/13/23. I received an email confirming my order stating that I would receive another email with my tracking number when the item was shipped. I never received a tracking number or the item. I called and emailed because the customer service always goes to voicemail. They contacted me by phone stating that the item had been shipped and we would receive it on Tuesday, May 30th and another department would sent me a tracking number. I never received the item or the email with the tracking number. I called 5/31/23, 6/1/23 and 6/2/23 and left message and no calls were returned. I sent an email telling them I would file a dispute with my credit card company and contact the ScamPulse.com on 6/2/23. They called 6/4/23 and said there was a "fault" in our order and said it was being "re-arranged". They emailed me with the same information stating that it would be delivered by 10:00 pm. by 6/6/23. Once again, the item was not delivered and we never received a tracking number. The website says they will supply a shipping tracking number. I contacted my credit card company today and opened up a dispute. I emailed the company "Eveagetool" and told them I want to cancel my order and be reimbursed since they did not hold their end of the contract twice per their emails.
