Same story as 31 others regarding fraudulent , recurring charges in regard to JC Penney co. Promo close out cream moisturizer product byEve Jenkins, for $4.95 then a recurrent charge of $94.99 charge, ours was from Health Superiority. No phone numbers, no return addresses,etc.

Our Bank of America AAA Visa card has had this charge in a dispute and now recovery unit since August 2020 . It is now Nov 23,2020with no final resolution,

What is the next appropriate step ?

I ordered trial Eve Jenkins cremes for shipping only. 11 dollars. Got that fine. Received the same products apparently on a subscription that I was not made aware of. Contacted number given to cancel. Finally got that done. Wanted to send product back for refund and they said not possible. Charged me almost 200 dollars. Amount was not on receipt. Can't seem to contact the actual business. Only got foreign reps that said no refunds. I lost my job due to covid pandemic and cannot afford this random unwanted charge.
