Online website selling puppies. The address given for in person pick up is a house that is for sale, unoccupied, and pending contract. The seller offers free shipping of the puppy, to avoid in person pickups. They ask for cash or cash app as only source of payment. I requested a reference as offered of another customer, and they provided me an email of some conversation addressed to a different person. They wouldn't answer the phone when I attempted to call. Texted me back and said he would only call if I answered the questions asked of me. He requested full name, phone, and local airport. I did provide this information, as it could not directly result in identity theft, since this is available online. They operated under a different name before according to their customer testimonials, Irvine Boutique. Grammatical errors on the website and emailed responses.
