A company by the name of Evaluation Management Inc. made an unauthorized withdrawal of $370 from my checking account. I noticed it when I looked at my bank statement. Caused my account to be overdrawn $405. I never heard of this company. They had an address for me in Philadelphia PA. I never lived in Philadelphia. The company phone number 888-880-5850 does not work. I do not have their address. I contacted my bank and reported it. They are investigating.

Did you get any more info? What did your bank do? Same thing happened to me, different company name but same phone number.
