Ordered a travel bag offered as buy one get one free & received an email from the company on 2/28/2023 confirming order (#689240) stating it would ship in 2 -3 days. Tracking #’s they sent did not work. Emails sent asking about my order were answered but no action. I finally requested a refund but response was they could not refund because item already shipped. Total run-around !
