Be aware this company is a pure scam. Don't trust this insurance company! They have really bad customer service. I bought flex travel insurance from eDreams.com (also a scam) provided by Europ Assistance, changed the date of my flight and bought a new flight, applied for the refund, and after one month I am still waiting for a refund that was promised to me. They claim they have tried to make the payment and have asked for account information that I have provided multiple times. They tell me still they are waiting on the accounting company to make the payment. They will not tell me who the accounting company is and probably doesn't exist. They don't even reply to e-mails. I keep calling them and all we get are claims like the SWIFT code/Account info/IBAN was wrong, the time waiting for money always change etc. Never use this company, save your money and time and go with someone else! Europ Assistance is a huge scam.
