Recieved a letter from these folks dated 10 Nov.2019 saying I needed to contact Otto James @ (+44)***-**-***0 within 21days of this letter to recieve futher instructions on how to claim my big winnings of $33,000,000.00 I also would have to confirm my home address. Note: After you recieveyour money, kindly note that 10% of your lottery winning belongs to UK BOND AND CREDITORS because they are the company that bought your ticket and played the lottery on your name.

I contacted the BBB, they gave me a phone # for the Postal Frud Dept, called them, no answer, left them a message and a call back #, never got a call back from them, tried calling them again several more times never an answer.

Received a mail piece that I have won $4.5 Million. This prize could be claimed by going to Spain or calling there and they will charge you if they have to send you information. There would be a diplomatic delivery charge.
