Consumer First National was transferred to me through my mortgage company CENLAR at which time Consumer First National was supppse to be doing a mortgage restructure to help me with my forbearance from covid-19 at which time i spoke with senior analyst Aaron price who assured me that i had nothing to worry about and that this restructure has happend before and for me not to worry that they would get me back on track and get a lower payment but instead every 30 days he stated that i would be making my payments to consumer First National until my restructure was final i made payments to Consumer First National with the expectations of my payments being in that amount or less and once the restructure went through they would send the payments over to lender in one lump sum and all would be up to par. After over a year of me making these payments to them i realized that this process should be over but when i confronted Aaron about it he kept telling me they need more documents to finalize everything until i said enough was enough and that i was not going to send anymore payments and that this process should have been finished months ago and that i wanted my restructure finalize or im done dealing with the back and forth never the les Consumer First National wont answer my calls they wont respond to their emails or the email address has changed from what i have its non deliverable and i called their number and Mr Price answered i was shocked but then he proceeded to tell me that Mr Price was out of the office and that he would call back in 2 hours i still havent received a call and they are still not responding my solution is that Consumer First National should reimburse all monies lost so that i can put it towards my mortgage $40k. I do have the cancelled checks but cant post them and i have other documents stating that this is a restructure. They violated my rights as a consumer and kept my money and im still trying to keep my mortgage with no help from Consumer First National no veteran disabled or not should be treated in this manner in fact no one should and they should pay tremendously no one should be in jeapardy of losing their home due to a company who says they can help but dont.
