Email bill formatted to collect Norton Life Lock.NortonLLC auto renewal. Received 04-01-2025 Stating unless you disable auto renewal, your membership will renew automatically each year maximum of 24 hours before the subscription. If you did not authorize contact 843-806-2158. Upon calling I was told I had to get on my computer, I started I didn't authorize any services, would you please cancel immediately. He hung up, I called back and asked why did you hang up on me. I need you to cancel, he hung up again, I called again and stated I was going to report him to BBB. He hung up.
