Men's hoodie Jackets

Only December 22nd 2021 I ordered two men's hoodie jackets. Numerous times I've emailed and tried to contact them in regards of my order. Up to this day I have not heard or received any kind of response from them.
This is very frustrating because I've ordered two jackets for my nephew's birthday.
I lost a total of $43.00.

Same on the Autumn Wreath. They are advertising the same item under other shop names as well. I got them to 30% and they will only give a full refund if I ship it back to China which is way more than I am out and they know it. So I will get $9 back and they keep $21. Think about the millions they are making off people. Shame on me for falling for it. There is no recourse because they keep it under $50 and actually ship it out of Illinois. I've already spent too much brain power on this.

I ordered a wreath from this website, which claims to be an Irish lady, but it ships from China and the wreath that ships is a piece of junk, much smaller, not at all like it was on the picture in the website. This is a scam.

I purchased a wreath that was advertised on Facebook. I have purchase several things on line and have had success. This site did send product but it looked nothing like the pictures on the site and was of ridiculously poor quality. I sent en email the day I received it lett ing them know that quality was terrible and I wanted to return the product for a full refund. Here is the email string...

I received my wreath today. I'm very disappointed. I bought it for the price and because it looked nicer than some of the wreaths pictured at Williams Sonoma. It is cheaply made, looks nothing like the picture, flat and has no dimention and is all artifical but in a really bad way. I really can't believe you are passing this off for what is pictured. I will not hang this anywhere in my house and I'm unwilling to keep it and just eat the money spent. I would like to return this item and get my money back.

I ordered a Fall Wreath - "Autumn sale White Pumpkins Ranunculus Wreath (50% discount) for $35.95 on 9/17/21. (look online - it is a beautiful wreath) On Saturday 10/3/2021 I received a CHEAP, SMALL, UNSIGHTLY, wreath delivered via plastic package with the wreath slightly crushed/damaged, pine cone fell off. I immediately contacted the email associated with my order and requested a correction to my order. After many emails the bottom line is that I was offered a 10% refund after I return the wreath I received (DID NOT ORDER THIS). It will cost me approximately $30 to ship the return product!! I will not be out another $30 to this company to receive only 10% back for a product I DID NOT ORDER. Their site states 100% GUARANTEE! THIS IS A SCAM. BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER FROM ETSYGARDENS!!!!
