I saw an ad for a product on Facebook (I believe). Clicking the image brought me to their website Etsy-Life. I ordered a product, received an email on 12/15/2021 that my order had been processed and would be shipped. It never was. The tracking number does not exist. The "company" apparently does exist and, according to reviews, occasionally sends customers an item that does not look like what they ordered. Most people who bothered to write a review did not receive anything. No one responded to numerous emails. I cancelled my credit card as they have that information.
