I placed an order for a jacket on Dec 20, 2022 and have not received my order. The item was paid for in the amount of $66.58 and a shipment label was created. They continue to advertise on tiktok and I’ve seen other people comment similar experiences.

I found this business on tiktok and ordered two jackets from them for the price of $135 on December 18th. Was estimated a 10-14 day delivery and the package never showed up. I sent multiple emails concerning my order with no response.

Jacket is advertised in social media, in Tik Tok, Instagram. We looked it up online via the website. Purchased right before the holidays. The website is still up. It says to contact them via email but we have contacted them several times, no response. The order says “the shipping label was created” but it has not been any updates after that and that was “initiated” right after purchase. Also, now when we go to the website, all the social media links linked to “Shopify”

Eternal is a clothing company that promotes it's products heavily on TikTok. At the time of this review, they prioritize vintage-esque jackets. This company does not deliver their products after purchase. They have no existing customer service representatives, and all of their 'contact us' information is left unresponsive. Be aware before purchasing.
