Began the purchase of a smart watch in December. Requested that shipping be held off until my return from out of town. January 2, 2022 Marian Rudy Pruitt was contacted and told that she could move forward with shipping. January 7th I was told there was a slight hold due to the color. January 11th I contacted the seller again to inquire about how long this delay would be. I was told the watch I had ordered and paid for was now out of stock. A watch that should've been purchased when I made the full payment back in December. I requested a refund at that point and even told the seller that they could keep $50 of the $200 for the inconvenience of cancelling the order. I asked when the money would be refunded & was told their cashapp had been shutdown. I have the seller other methods of sending my money. The next conversation was January 14th when I received a message saying the watch would be shipped out on Monday the 17th, I responded within 20 minutes & never heard back from the seller again until the 23rd (today). It turned into a huge argument because I made a post warning others that Marian Rudy Pruitt was indeed scamming me and that was when the seller decided to contact me. I have yet to be sent a watch or be fully refunded. I have however been threatened with the withholding of the alleged tracking number for the alleged watch the seller allegedly sent. Unless the seller sent this watch from Antarctica, there is no way that I would not have received this merchandise to date. Our last conversation before the alleged shipping was about a refund. The seller is attempting to gaslight & manipulate me into confirming the receipt of the watch or the full refund in order to get from under my reporting them to cashapp and chime as a scammer. Do not purchase from this person.
