I placed an order in 2020 and never received my wooden flag I had custom made. They took my payment and never gave me my product. I attempted to reach them over 10 times by email and nobody answered my emails ever. I called the company and left voicemails yet no response back. Then they disconnected their phone and email address so nobody could contact them. So they get to keep my money and no product ever. And they are shown online as a scammer but the state never did anything to make them fix this issue. And the owner was a veteran as well.
